Shipping & Returns
Your order will be sent out within two business days via Canada Post within Canada or via Courier service for International orders.
Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with shipping agent. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit.
Please enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received and dispatched we can not alter the address and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend.

Return & Exchange Policy
Exchanges only accepted within 3 days of purchase with receipt and tags still attached to item. If a replacement is not found store credit will be issued. All products are checked for quality prior to posting. Should a product be faulty, we will return the goods with receipt and tags still attached to them.
